I was blown away by the exceptional customer service at this hotel when they not only found the sim cards I had left in the room but also returned them to me promptly. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver for me as I had some last-minute touches to make to my outfits. the dining table provided a perfect spot for me to enjoy meals and plan out my day. the free toiletries were of high quality and greatly appreciated. the fully stocked cookware and kitchen utensils allowed me to prepare some home-cooked meals, which made me feel right at home. the electric kettle was a nice touch for making my morning tea. the flat-screen TV provided ample entertainment options for winding down in the evenings. the nearby Indian Lounge and other restaurants within walking distance added great variety to my dining options. Overall, my stay at this hotel far exceeded my high expectations, and I cannot wait to return in the future.
